That is hilarious. We keep markers under lock and key around this house. Sort of like playdough--only comes out on special occasion when mom is in a good mood!!!
Knowing how Dan loves to get a back scratch, I can totally see him just lying there enjoying it. And I'm pretty sure he probably knew she was drawing on him but didn't give a rip. Oh Joy is an awesome artist for her age!
It was the best back scratch ever!! It started with her using my back as a table then I feel asleep.

I have cracked the code. The encrypted message really lists the things she wants for Christmas and she said that her grandpa Fig is the best there ever was. Of course she misspelled a few words but it was easy for me to decode because I too on occasion mispell a few words.
