fair warning.

Yesterday, in the minivan, on the way to Christmas festivities, I warned my husband and children that we would be taking a family photo in front of Grandma's tree. I told them that I realize no one wants to do this, but it is important to mommy to have a photo of all of us together. I explained to them that it would be quick and painless, if they cooperated.

Much to my delight and frankly, my surprise, it happened. The obligatory family Christmas photo. No fighting, no bawling, no fake smiles (Dan) and even Juliet without her pacifer!
A modern day Christmas miracle!

May all Jesus is,
And all He gives,
Bless you this Christmas and always!

Love, Love Love the headband. Great photo.

We, unfortunately, did not accomplish this task this year.

Sigh.

It could not be a better picture - unless of course I could have gotten in on the pic.

That picture is a FAKE! Chelle isn't leaning! And Dewey and Danno are wearing sweaters while Chelle is in a short sleeve shirt. She is OBVIOUSLY photo-shopped in there.

Great picture of all of you! I'd like a copy please. I remember hearing you ask Stacey to take it for you quickly before lunch.Sometimes those quick "spur of the moment" ones turn out best. But I'm sure your pre arrival warning helped. It was a great day! Love ya

Hi there,

How did I find your page?

Well as only two of my off-line friends keep an online blog I quickly go through their new material. I read some posts from online newspaper bloggers but I find real people sharing their daily life experiences can be much more enlightening.

I like to read about people and families with similar interests and lifestyles. Your profile was one of many that Blogger listed after I clicked 'Avon' on my profile interests. So that's how I got here :)

Your posts have a sense of humour and I reckon a mother of four has plenty of wisdom to offer me, a mother of one. To find my way back again I added your rss feed to 'blogs I follow' on my Blogger dashboard ...I can remove it if you prefer. I'm not familiar with blog comment etiquette, perhaps it's customary to ask permission or include an intro?

In short, my name is Annie. 31, single. Born and raised is Ireland were I live with my ten year old son and our spoilt pussy cat. Full time mother and multimedia student, we home school plus I'm the Avon Lady. A busy woman but God always guides my way to make our lives loving, healthy and happy.

My main blog is private but I will open it over the weekend as a friend has challenged me to join her and others in keeping an online journal about weight loss. Anyway, if you want to stop by that would be nice.

Meanwhile, nice to meet you Chelle.
