Congratulations Ross and Bethany, so glad for you and Lilly that her birthday wasn't on Christmas although she would share it in good company (Noah) but she still shares it a day before mine.
Enjoy this time, it is so exciting to all of a sudden have a new person in your family.

I got a starting "five" of a girls basketball team.
Please NO! I don't want to have to watch girls basketball! Did you see how Unity "won" the state title? They scored 6 stinkin' points in the 2nd half!! 36-23 is not a basketball score unless we are talking about part way through the 2nd quarter!

and I'm afraid I'm gonna have to side with brad on this, that second half was bad news.
My favorite is the tippy toe reach instead of actually jumping for the rebound.
A girl with an actual jump shot would be unstoppable.
Yes, minime mom, you are also correct,basketball was meant to be played by people who jump,
but I am a big fan of the "ball fake" and "drive"
Fig, You could recruit Ritsema to play against your girls team in practice. He's pretty good against girls.
